Work culture is pretty realxed and welcoming. There is also ample opportunity to learn and grow as the team and the work is constantly evolving. Upper management is quite helpful and try their best to provide a culture that is enriching and joyful for the employee.

It would be good if we could transition to a 5-day work week. We do get alternate Saturdays off. That in itself is quite good. But I'm eagerly waiting for the day we transition to a pure startup environment from a weekend perspective.
