Training is fantastic. The company provides a chromebox monitor and all other devices to work at a call center from the comfort of your home. The caller base gives you diverse calls. Management cares and works with you to increase your skill base.

Svantaggi

Pay is low, sticking to the scripting is solid MUST. You discover the dark underbelly of telemarketing and sales letters to potential clients. Someone gets a piece of mail that says its an offer for an example repair item on their vehicle. THe caller not recognizing it is an example calls in very frustrated that they have this enormous bill and it is a ploy to get a customer to become a client of the firm. Very shady.
