With all the technology, resources, and processes streamlined and optimized, patient encounter has become more efficient than ever before. We are able to provide care to people in remote areas who barely have access to resources but still need help treating their complex medical conditions. Some of the patients do not speak English yet we are able to integrate an interpreter seamlessly into the virtual visit and help treat patients' conditions, who are always grateful for the support we provide. This obviously would not be possible without the support of the exceptional staff at telemed2u be it medical assistants, schedulers, managers, health care providers, executives etc who all work together on different levels to keep the practice flowing and are extremely approachable. Management is very responsive to constructive feedback and is quick to bring positive changes to improve provider experience. Communication has improved incredibly within the company as it is growing rapidly. Furthermore, working here has given me the opportunity to focus on my personal growth and balance life as well. For instance, I now have time in the morning to go for walks, meditate, or do yoga; things that I was not able to do consistently before.
