“BEWARE” MY Previous review was deleted? All the good reviews are fake. THEY MICROMANAGE TO A WORST LEVEL. The project manager is the worst person. He doesn’t care about anything but him. You cannot take mobile phone inside the floor , cannot eat or drink no papers are allowed, if you forget your access card you need to go home and fetch it. Annual leaves are not approved and they can cancel it anytime. Forced to take AL for PH (country specific) No work life balance. Need to clock in and clock out an exact time. If one min late no INCENTIVE IS GIVEN. Incentives are not provided as per promised. So many good and talented People leave in a moth. Attrition rate is very high. No salary increment , no promotion for Long tenured people. No career development. So much negativity this place has to offer for you. Humble request don’t join this company at any cost.
