Really nice benefits, there are very flexible hours só the work-life balance is truly great, the deadline were always fare and rarely was to much pressure, it's fairly easy to shift team if you are unhappy with your current, this company is truly a great international experience.

I will complete 3 years in Telefonica, in this time my bosses don't have a clue if I exceed myself (in fact I never had a feedback at all), I don't have KPI and my manager as a clear lack o leadership, three years in a roll he had one of the worst team evaluation and the director won't do nothing. If you are expecting to work hard and get compensated by that, forget it, it only matter politics and being aligned with the right person in the company is essential, there is a trade off here, they won't put you pressure but you won't grow fast on the company as well, so be advised. By the way, every six month the company change its management structure so expects some job friction and slowliness for 2/3 months a year.
