I got more experience in this business and I want to continue carrier in Germany.

There is not much that is good about working at Telegra, except that salary is a little bit better that is Croatian average ... but on the other hand, you have to work one hour longer so you definitively earn it(yeah, it is 9 hours working time in Telegra - in practice, although it says otherwise in your contract :)

Long working hours, total disorganization throughout the whole firm, lousy project management, a lot of stupid people in higher management, very bad strategic thinking and forward looking
