Where do I begin? Stores were constantly left understaffed, and both management and the casual team were hardly provided any training, especially after the initial onboarding. Maybe consider addressing the issues that exist in the existing stores before expanding? Multiple issues (stock, rostering, marketing, VM, etc) were raised over the course of the years I was with Milligram and nothing changed, but stores kept opening! There is specific staff members in head office who were nasty and disrespectful to store staff members, and it is unacceptable. Any of the other negative reviews of this place are 100% accurate.
