you could make as much money as you wanted to. They promote from within and look for anyone with the work ethic and attitude to move up quickly. If hadn't had to move would still be there.

Great communication and collaboration amongst the teams within each branch and in other branches. I've met with employees from Wise VA and they are excited about the direction the new leadership is taking them in. There is a lot of flexibility and some growth opportunities in the roles already and they are increasing these aspects to make all positions career oriented. I'm not sure what the benefit offering was prior to my employment but I assume they've increased IMMENSELY! - My spouse and myself actually chose TeleMed's benefits over her company's since TeleMed's were more affordable for the same coverage. I haven't heard of may companies offering benefits to part time employees but TeleMed does to those who work 30 or more hours per week - Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, PTO, EAP, etc. I can't speak to ALL the details of the negative reviews from Wise but from my interaction with employees across the company, things are definitely headed in the right direction.

The call to action to improve has been very fast in 2020 so we are experiencing the normal stressors of ramping up across the nation and our new HQ in Lehi, Utah. It does, however, pose awesome opportunities for people to step up and make the process their own.
