      - Family atmosphere, nice colleagues. - The opportunity to work for an exciting and useful company. - Training opportunities. You get trained quickly, then you are part of a great team. You feel useful in what you do. - Opportunity for development within the company. - Well-located offices (close to the centre of Louvain-la-Neuve) with private parking. - An attractive salary package: Company car, Cellphone, Laptop, Group insurance.

      Svantaggi

      Telemis, the harsh reality: - The company makes buggy, old software (think Windows Me-ish). - Toxic atmosphere. Colleagues easily stab you in the back when it suits them. - Training: Non-existent, too expensive, and the staff isn't worth it anyway. - Salaries below market rates and impossible to negotiate, even in the long term. - So-So car with a very large company sticker on each side of it. - Company cellphone non-existent. - Oh, I almost forgot... the huge mountain of work that awaits you. Don't expect a cushy job, far from it. It never ends, and it's always the same problems that come up. No matter how many times you report them, they rarely get corrected... Because, why, if we can get away with it?

      We note and confirm the detailed analysis on many concrete advantages which will speak directly to many candidates: nice colleagues, good training opportunities, meaningful activity, growth opportunities etc. We are sorry that Telemis' environment and customers made it feel like a jungle to you: our customers expect a high-quality product and service. This undoubtedly puts pressure on many colleagues. The entire management team is aware of the importance of recognizing people both in the quality of their work and in their motivation to participate in the "Extending Human Life" mission.

      It seems clear that a vendetta is organized by one or more people against this company. I find it unfortunate that people want to cut the tree on wich they are sitting. If you are not happy within a company be brave and just move if you think it is better elswhere. If you want to be usefull for futur candidates please to take few minutes to read again your description to be consistant.

      Piccola azienda, con molte persone brillanti e fantastiche, lavoro vario e autonomo.

      Non molto rispetto per i dipendenti, stipendio di basso livello, non c'è un vero addestramento, una vera evoluzione è a malapena possibile. Amministratore delegato molto strano... così c'è molto ricambio di dipendenti.

      Confermiamo l'intelligenza e la "freschezza" dei colleghi che lavorano in Telemis, che di per sé rappresenta un fattore motivante per molti in termini di clima lavorativo. Ci scusiamo per i commenti che segnalano mancanza di formazione, evoluzioni e stipendi mal valutati. Ciò non coincide con la crescita delle assunzioni e dei risultati di business che Telemis sta sperimentando. Telemis offre opportunità di progressione in termini di livelli di competenza, gestione del team o sviluppo internazionale, o anche la creazione di nuove iniziative. L'87% degli attuali dirigenti proviene direttamente dai ranghi delle squadre che lavorano sul campo, a dimostrazione della politica "promuovere dall'interno" applicata da oltre vent'anni.
