This company had the most exceptional engineering and supporting staff i ever had the pleasure of working with. If for nothing else, working here will give you the opportunity to work with and learn from some extremely talented people, many whom are well known and respected faces in IEEE. In an environment where apathy and resentment toward the company itself was rampant, most employees were dedicated to the tasks assigned to them and to helping their colleagues in any way. It boggles the mind to think of what this company could have accomplish if not crippled by poor senior management.

The capricious changing and then pedantic adherence to policies and processes crippled day to day operations. Established software systems were dismantled and replaced without any forethought. Staff and resources were frequently shifted without any explanation. The fallout from this aggressive and unavailing restructuring resulted in an environment where employees were forced to work long hours, without any overtime pay, to compensate for the resulting inefficiencies.To mitigate the losses from investments on these new processes and systems there have been layoffs, reductions in raises and a retraction of as much as a weeks vacation . Moral continued to drop while resignations continued whittle away at the talent in an environment where employees can plainly see that their job satisfaction will be happily sacrificed for a directionless march toward unknown ends. In seeing this trend i decided to follow suit and seek employment elsewhere. While senior management was aware of these issues at the time of my exit interview, their indifference seemed to indicated a believe their staff is infinity dispensable.
