many people from the leadership team left recently (chief operations officer, chief human resources, chief technology officer), they keep asking for growth, but what they want doesn’t make sense, because most things still manual and spreadsheets, very messy and make everyone so busy, but still no budget to add more people or increase salaries got budget to hire PR team just for CEO and even send him go Davos (also not sure why), but basic things no budget now, tech team already fully outsource to India, every time we just finish learning one system, suddenly change again to new one used to work remote now have to drive 90 minutes each way because it is mandatory to work in office every day
