      cannot get enough "timeoff" i left with 39 days of remaining leave balance. no flexibility in the time and you cannot leave the company to buy for example a bottle of water during the work time

      Unrealistic expectation on call they want under 4 minutes company cuts money by having agents do scheduling, billing, sales and troubleshooting. Micromanaging. Constellation client is the worse. Inequity based on race. You will literally be ignored by upper management if you don’t fit a certain aesthetic.
