Any pay rates discussed during our interview process are not final as often times an employee is qualified for more than one of our jobs. Final pay rates for a position are discussed with each employee before a job is accepted. Markups are charged to the clients for costs taken away from them such as worker’s comp and unemployment insurance. Part of the markup charged to a client would encapsulate a finder’s fee for taking the time to find the employee. All staffing agencies charge markups to their clients.
