they do not follow through with promises, tell you what you want to hear so that you accept the job. 2 months in and they fired 30 people consisting of techs, warehouse and office personnel. Warehouse has 5 employees and office has 2, most recent GM quit. Turnover rate is ridiculous and they make you change your timesheet for lunch punches if you earn a lawful meal penalty. if you're in the office be prepared to work through your lunch and not get lawfully paid. They do not want to offer raises even though 2 people are doing the job of 6-7 people. they do not value their employees, shady company that violates employees labor rights.

Decent benefits, but for family be prepared to fork out a lot of money. Work is consistent, 40 hours guaranteed. Homer fund availability to Temco. 40 hrs sick. Vacation accural.

Company does not even offer long term disability. Office associates paid the same even though responsibilities are different. Communication is literally non existent. Management does not hold people accountable. This company and managers do not care about their employees. They care about them and making themselves look good, even if it means stealing others ideas and throwing ppl under the bus. They like to make it look like they care. Promoting would be available if you can move or travel.
