We make it very clear throughout the three stage interview process that the role is a sales role, is very demanding and will require going above and beyond to get the desired results, which would include staying late and working through lunch sometimes. This is always very clear from the outset and anyone that is successful in recruitment will know this. Its seems that perhaps recruitment was just not the right career for you.
