      Everyone that works here is really friendly. Fully remote (for now) Manager is not overbearing like in some tech companies, the culture is not toxic like a lot of other places I've worked.

      The projects are pretty fun and you get to work on some really cool IP with industry-leading titles and software. The team is super competent and worth their salt. I found myself learning a lot from the FTEs. The pay is really fair and competitive for the market rate due to the clients they work with.

      Clients can be difficult to work with as there are many layers of red tape that have to be cut through and sometimes multi-international timezones for feedback. When the workload is good, it can be almost dizzying the amount of pieces need to be output and revised. File management is OK but could be improved upon a bit (OneDrive can be a headache). Workload can go from 100-0 almost overnight depending on the time of year and client budget.
