If you want to learn from some of the best and work on the biggest and most challenging accounts TBR is a great place to be. There are opportunities everywhere, plenty of people willing to help you succeed and fantastic training opportunities.

Not so much a con, but it has changed as it's got bigger but change is a good thing at TBR as it's always done to stop things going stale and staying ahead of the game.
