Difficult to maintain work life balance

Pay is good for hours worked, culture of team is strong, you'll get to work on a variety of projects.

Slightly political in that its less about what you know and more about who you know. Find the manger whose field you're the most interested in and focus your attention on them. Not necessarily a 'con' but worth flagging. Project flow can get extremely dry.
