They offer WFH for 4x a week; but the catch is you have to be ON CAM for the entire shift. Management implemented that set up, but the reason why it was strictly reinforced because, one of the TEAM LEADERS was caught sleeping on the job. What a bunch of clownss. Team Leaders extravagantly plans a drinking session/exchange gift for an amount not lower than PHP 1500. Quality scores are rigged, it seems that they constantly fail those people that are not chummy chummy with the TL's .
