Svantaggi
they care more about office politics and what snacks you are willing to bring in than the people. They are very unforgiving on their absence policies. if your shift starts at 6am, and you clock in at 6am you are considered late, and receive an "occurrence". Depending on how long you've been there and who you are buddies with, you might get fired after 3 occurrences, or somewhere around 30. they didn't really adhere to their attendance policy, it was just there as something to point to when they fired people. Some people who were found to be in violation of their "no excuse" policies were promoted instead of the written policy's fired requirement. also, they are continually "Leaning" out positions and distributing the positions duties/workload to other positions. then the always wanted to reduce down the number of hours were were allowed to work. Most days, if you weren't a production worker with ridiculous hourly counts, and tons of paperwork to complete every hour, you worked in the office and spent most of your shift in meetings, apx. 90%. Salaried individuals are expected to be in the office from 45 to 50 hours minimum a week and on call 24/7.
