Flexible work schedule with the option to work remotely depending on the role. Benefits are reasonable, with a decent time-off policy and bonus structure. The company is working on challenging technical problems in the renewable energy sector and there are capable and motivated engineers across the organization.

Although salaries are reviewed annually, increases are typically small and do not keep pace with market changes. As a result, long-tenured employees can gradually fall behind newer hires in compensation, even when holding similar or more senior roles. Organizational alignment can also be difficult at times, with different groups operating somewhat independently, which slows decision-making and creates internal friction. Strategic priorities are not always clearly communicated across the company.
