Stable company with competent leadership. Layoffs are limited. Large reductions have only happened in response to major changes in the economy. Such as the 2008 crash. Slow downs usually result in hiring freezes.

Svantaggi

Average pay, lean workforce which is good during downturns to prevent layoffs but outside of that, people wear a lot of hats and projects always have more work than available person hours.
