Typical to many other companies at startup/growth stage: - Sometimes unstructured, non standardized processes - At times decision making is oriented towards "accommodating ideas and thoughts of all individuals" than "what is in the best interest for the company performance" - Slight loss of startup feeling of urgency and delivery pressure
