I have been working at Tergus Pharma as a project manager for 5 years now and I have no complaints in any regard. The company is very good at handling the employees and everyone opinion counts. Management team is good and everyone out there helps each other with the prerogatives to function satisfactorily. I left the company for my exponential growth, but it has not stopped me from learning a bit here and there from Tergus. A good place to be in. One of the great organization to wish for a Great work life balance. Very supportive team and manager to work within all true forms with a lot of equality among the colleagues and every team member.
