no work life balance. pest techs are the highest paid which is insane. they are paid to treat on a salary but they get commissions off every stop they complete. termite tech work for a very small hourly wage and do all the hard physical labor and they deserve to be paid the highest!!!!!!!!!!! sales people are screwed using there own cars, gas allowance given doesnt even start to cover what spent in a months time and mileage/oil changes/tires non are considered in pay. commission rates are way to low for outside sales reps this is why there is such a high turn over rate
