Worst pay structure I have seen in 20 yrs of sales! Terrible training! If I hadn’t been in pest control sales for 9 yrs before coming there I wouldn’t have a clue! Corporate mgt is clueless. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. The local office plays favorites. There is no set territories. Out of 5 salesmen 2 got all of the leads. No commission on first $20,000 of sales which is ridiculous! They provide a company car but you essentially pay for it. Was provided shirts but bought every pair of pants I wore.
