-Company vehicle provided with unlimited gas and mileage for both work and personal use during off hours, as long as the vehicle was returned on time for scheduled shifts. -Ideal time to get hired is in the fall, allowing ample time to train and prepare for peak season in spring when earning potential is highest.

-High-pressure environment that often encouraged pushing products or services to customers who didn’t necessarily need them. -Lack of organization and team cohesion made the workplace feel disconnected and chaotic. -Compensation was entirely commission-based with no base pay. -Encountered multiple unsafe situations in the field, including being threatened with a firearm and an aggressive dog incident. Safety increasingly became a concern over time. -Sales were frequently lost due to service delays or scheduling issues. For example, a customer who purchased multiple services experienced repeated no-shows from the service team, resulting in a lost sale. -6 day workweek, on call at all times

we used to get a couple days off the end of the month to help recoup, but that's gone now Also Employees are pressured to submit sales leads or risk being scheduled for mandatory Saturday shifts. Stops are often completed early in the system to improve performance metrics, creating inaccurate reporting. This leaves fewer scheduled services for the following month, forcing employees to scramble to find additional stops just to meet their production goals.
