The expectation is that our sales contractors put in the time and effort to prospect and sell, and are rewarded with a generous commission structure. Our sales directors do a fantastic job of motivating their teams and sharing real life examples of the successes of the other contractors on their teams. We do our best to ensure that we are selecting contractors that have an appropriate B2B sales and prospecting background, and the self motivation and attitude to be successful. However, not everyone is a fit for this type of opportunity. We have many successful contractors that have been with us for years. Best of luck to you in your future endeavors.
