You can learn a lot if you are proactive. People here are nice. Good work life balance. Since it's a small comapny in terms of number of people, you are in the core of the team where you can see a lot of documents and really learn a lot.

Support for your career is little unless you ask for it. Usually venture capital company has very few people in the company, it's normal situation. But in this company, the number of people is really few which you can look it up in the company website.
