-Billable staff, (the staff that actually performs the work we get paid for), are undervalued, treated poorly and bonused a fraction of what the office staff gets. -No way to meet chargeability goals - take a day off or have an appointment, your not going to meet your chargeability goal for the year. -Petty and Orwellian work environment, caused by a handful of staff. -Staff speak of being stressed, overworked, tired. Most stated they were living in fear of being fired, or laid off. -Many staff members have medical issues related to work environment. During my employment, during work hours, three different people had to be taken for emergency medical treatment due to serious stress related issues. -High turn over of seasoned/dedicated staff. -Comments on yearly surveys do not appear to be taken seriously. -They claim equality for all, but really, only the small ruling faction matters.
