Early Starts: The 6 am starts are tough, especially during the winter months. It can be difficult to maintain a social life if you constantly have to get up before the sun rises. Lots of Boring Training: Before you even start, you have to complete hours of online training modules that are incredibly dry and feel largely irrelevant to the actual job of picking items off a shelf. Pressure on Pick Rate: There's a constant focus on your pick rate. This can add a layer of stress to an otherwise simple job, as you're always being measured against a clock.
