Depressing place to work - Recensione dipendente - Customer Assistant presso Tesco

The work is menial and extremely boring (particularly at a dotcom centre). You are monitored on everything that you do, and pickers are even monitored on the length/frequency of bathroom breaks. Everything about this company is extremely impersonal and simply profit driven, avoid it if you possibly can. They couldn't care less about the welfare of their staff. Couldn't wait to leave, worst job I've ever had.
