Stressful due to poor management and lack of direction Poor pay, it's embarrassing that companies like lidl and aldi can afford to pay the voluntary living wage and Tesco can't. No care about staff. I have been going through depression, I have had numerous days off related to stress and and have been taken into numerous meetings regarding my absences dispite the fact I am trying to help myself.
