When an express store has collegues, customers and managers who care it's a rewarding job that keeps you on your toes and is easy to jump into. There are no collegue specialisms in express, everyone can do everything. Customers can be hit or miss but working in a tesco in a low income area provides a lot of entertainment. You will be asked to do overtime sometimes but not harassed.

These two issues combine, forcing collegues to not care as a coping mechanism. Training is just e-learning and box checking too, collegues teach each other how to do the job.
