benefit relatively good but not the best

this my dream company to work in past 10 years ago and now i'm in it but inside is nightmare, many oldies and really tough to dealt with them, they kinda happily doing kind of bullying...oldies made everything difficult to move...find other work place than here...the company logo not as good as it said
