I worked on Camp Mabry for 10 years in mutiple primary staff offices. So I got a first hand look at the top. Extremely political organization that promotes incompetent managers. Most talented people leave, seems like only mediocre individuals move up. If your not connected to a high ranking AGR officer you will get no where, and if you are watch out because you'll probably get backstabbed by them. Technicians, ADOS and enlisted AGRs are treated like second class citizens. Make sure to never cross an AGR officer, it will be the end of your career, right or wrong. Don't waste your time with IG, JAG, EEO, etc... leadership does not action any findings that come out of these offices. They're treated like a suggestion box that nobody reads.
