No career path for lower ranking employees - Recensione dipendente - WDS I presso Texas Workforce Commission

There is neither merit promotion nor substantial increase (still making less 30K). Our ISAM only shows up at the center if there is an issue involving a State employee otherwise we never see him. State management has done nothing to advance our careers, that's why the younger employees tend to leave because they don't want to be stuck for there is NO career ladder; nothing to look forward to except retirement.
