Toxic environment - Recensione dipendente - Development Specialists presso Texas Workforce Commission

Toxic work environment. It’s run by a contractor. There are only 2-3 state employees there and the Center Director is a contractor employee. Not a good thing. The Regional Director is also a contractor employee. The state supervisors are not on site. I never met her in person and only spoke to her over the phone. There’s definitely a divide between the state employees and the contractor employees. It’s not a place I looked forward to going to every weekday. There’s a lot of bias. There’s little decorum and less respect towards one another. Tough place to work.
