We had a very strong software development team with very good management 3-4 years ago. People worked very hard at that time.

After CEO/VP changed, they started to force smart guys to leave, and hired somebody who directed the team on the wrong way, and hired somebody who made things worse. More and more smart people were forced to leave, and finally they lost the big project LCSS which the Thales Ottawa has been working on it for about 10 years. As a result, they laid off almost the whole team. Sad story.
