      unless you are in with management, you will not be able to progress, they pick their favorites and that's who gets all the benefits. very busy, not enough breaks

      I joined the AA's content team in 2017 to assist with their digital transformation project and found it to be a supportive, enthusiastic and generally fun environment to work in.

      Shareholders could be tricky to work with but with time, I was able to navigate it all and get stuff done.
