      Beurocratic organisation. Good to retire amd if you dont want to progress

      Predominently controlled by Contractors. Lot of Red tape in the name of Security. Upto an extent that you cant even do your day job. No one lostens to employees concerns

      I joined the AA's content team in 2017 to assist with their digital transformation project and found it to be a supportive, enthusiastic and generally fun environment to work in.

      Shareholders could be tricky to work with but with time, I was able to navigate it all and get stuff done.
