I do not have anything to list for a Con.

Benefits are good especially for the Reno area and management is agile to make quick decisions. Coworkers are all friendly and welcoming and it has a family-esque type of feel to it. They are recently implementing a mentor and mentee program with is unique for a smaller company and quite adaptive.

There has bit a lot of change and some of it was overdue. Previously the tenure was very high, recently it has dropped quite a bit with the new management changes. It is a small company so job opportunities are more flat however there are cross training opportunities.
