      The team works hard and you want to work hard for them. This sometimes means putting in more hours or longer days than you might be used to but this wasn't something that leadership promoted — or even implied. It was a useful reminder for me to be more self-aware and disciplined with my work-life balance and I'm ultimately grateful for it.

      The isn't always as interesting, sometimes it can feel very repetitive and slow. The internship wasn't paid which something that you can't personally control, it is a small-mid tier company.
