Often working on some of a client's biggest, most critical challenges, the exposure is fantastic right from setting strategies to delivering programmes. The real strength of Berkeley which makes it such a great place to work is the sense of belonging to a community. With around 90 people all-in, it's big enough to meet new people yet small enough to build familiarity and friendships. The number of social events planned throughout the year is incredible and the investment in people is very impressive. It's a really caring company with a great sense of fun and our values are very sympathetic to people who are at the stage in their lives of starting or growing their families. Great office space, too.

The Berkeley Partnership isn't going to be the right place for someone who values specialising in a particular industry sector, functional area or a specific consulting role. It's possibly not going to be right for someone who is just at the cusp of making Partner / Senior Exec / VP / MD as the road from new recruit to Partner is not usually shorter than 5 years.
