The company itself has great agenda on what it wants to achieve and it’s commitments with fair trade aswell as advocating. The HR itself is really good at supporting staff. Great training and development

Average salary, a lot of the managers are stuck up and they talk alot behind other people’s back (generally staff) not really a great thing. Not much room for career advancement Seems to only advance on the position when you’ve become a leech to someone else
