Don’t bother - Recensione dipendente - Customer Consultant presso The Body Shop

Not a great experience working there, stressful to be on shift with managers as they make life difficult, no room for progression and keep hiring from outside, treat staff as disposable- worked there for 4 years and no loyalty etc when I had to leave. They act like things they’ve done are amazing when literally bare minimum and it’s almost min. wage… also team leaders get about 20 pence more an hour 😂 what a joke. Supervisors also end up having to do most of the work and pulling weight of management. Say they’re ethical but don’t care about their staff!
