Flexible work environment, great people, fun creative work

Starting off working for the company was great. I entered at the peak of there success. They went downhill after COVID and never fully recovered.

It does not matter how good of a worker you are, you will never get promoted if you're not personal friends with any of the staff that works here. There have been people who been loyal to the company for years, that stay in the same position, while they move other people that are friends with the managers move up to better positions.
