Awful management, bullying from management, let customers physically and verbally abuse staff because kicking them out would lose money, management getting drunk at work and bullying staff, upper site management on a power trip, multiple 12+ hour shifts with no breaks, empty promises of training and promotion, threatened with being fired if any complaint was raised, harassment from upper management brushed under carpet, high school like cliques, constantly walking on egg shells out of fear of being punish/losing job.
