Upper management wasn’t supportive, middle management tried to be supportive but usually had their hands tied from UM, sales staff tried pawing parts of their jobs onto us (making us us the bad guys having call clients to inform them of back orders). Pay discrepancies everywhere with the hourly staff and they treated minimum wage raises as annual raises.
