Wish there was more support - Recensione dipendente - Administrative presso The Buckeye Ranch

I often found that if I had a concern or an opinion it was overlooked. I also felt as though my work was not even appreciated. Higher ups don't necessarily care about staffing and everyday life on the units which caused high turnover and staff not feeling supported. I was extremely disappointed when it was my last day and a higher up I worked with closely for over a year didn't even speak to me. There also needs to be better training. A good amount of staff who had come in recently were not properly trained which put others at risk.
